$85.00
Nishijin in Kyoto is one of the most famous and highly respected centers of traditional kimono in Japan. For 1000 years, Kyoto was the capitol of Japan and the home of the Emperor. Nishijin was the center of the weaver's art during this time, and Japanese weaving and kimono making reached it's highest developments here. These beautiful obi are made of 100% cotton, woven by top kimono craftsmen in the tradition style. These are the most beautiful iaido obi we have found, with a refined touch that goes wonderfully with hakama. Suitable for Iaido, Aikido, and any art where a hakama is worn.
