These first two groups of techniques are called Ikkajo and Nikkajo, but they are not the same as the techniques known by those names in Yoshinkan Aikido. They are grouped in the order in which Takeda Tokimune Sensei felt they should be taught to students. In the Ikkajo and Nikkajo sections there are 10 Idori techniques, 5 Hanza Handachi techniques, 10 Tachiai techniques, and 5 Ushiro Dori techniques, for a total of 60 techniques demonstrated on this video. Each technique is shown from at least 2 angles so everything can be seen very clearly.
